Where's Kimberly?: The Tech Tea with Kimberly

Hey Tech Tea family! I know, I know.... It has been a looooong time since I dropped a blog, but we will consider this my Beyonce' moment. She just released her new Renaissance album, so I thought this was the perfect time to release a new blog.

One definition of renaissance is " the act of changing in a positive way: a period during which things are improving." I think that describes my life perfectly right now. I took a break from writing my thoughts and getting out of my head to focus on ease. I have been traveling, and moving, and living an unproblematic life. A life of ease.

I am working too. Actually, I am working a lot, but not like before. I am spending my time in appreciated spaces that allow for flexibility in both time and location. Ease!

I'm embracing my consultant roles and still being Professor Bailey. I also have some more trips planned...Florida, New York, California, and Texas. I really do love traveling:)

I look forward to more opportunities to talk about my tech career. I hope it encourages others to seek this amazing path.

I was also recently honored as one of the Memphis Business Journal's Technology Women Who Lead. That was cool and I appreciate the recognition.

I really feel like the best is still yet to come for me in IT. I like focusing forward every day.

I kept it short just so you know all is well and I plan to blog more in the upcoming weeks.
